At no time will we sell your personally-identifiable data without your permission unless set forth in this Privacy Policy. The information we receive about you or from you may be used by us or shared by us with our corporate affiliates, dealers, agents, vendors and other third parties to help process your request; to comply with any law, regulation, audit or court order; to help improve our website or the products or services we offer; for research; to better understand our customers' needs; to develop new offerings; and to alert you to new products and services (of us or our business associates) in which you may be interested. We may also combine information you provide us with information about you that is available to us internally or from other sources in order to better serve you. We do not share, sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties for unknown reasons.

What are the delivery charges?

Shiromjewels.com provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 1499/-. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping charges.

There is an additional convenience fee of Rs 50/- applied if you select Cash On Delivery option for payment.

 Shirom does not deliver throughout the world.

What is the estimated delivery time?

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 7-10 days from the order date. If not in stock then it will take 10-15 days from the order date.

How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery etc.

What about warranty and hidden costs?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include GST only.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

  1. Returns / Replacement and / or Refund Policy gives buyers an option to return or replace the products purchased and / or refund is offered. We are a jewellery brand, and we have 30 days from date of delivery.

  2. Return / Replacement request are subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of return/replacement request by the respective Seller(s) and Return / Replacement and / or Refund shall be refused in case of the following cases:​

  • If it is determined that product is damaged while in your possession;

  •  Any product not in its original condition;

  • Any product that is returned without its original packaging tags and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

  • Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

  • The product is different from what was shipped to you;

  • Product sold as combo/ sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.

  • Product specified as non-returnable in the product details page.

   3. Replacement is further subject to availability of the product (size, color etc.) and is limited to one request. In              certain cases where respective Seller is unable to process a replacement request for any reason, a refund will          be given.

    4. Refund will be initiated to as per the applicable modes mentioned below. Refund amount shall be credited to            the Customer as per below mentioned applicable refund mode with 7-10 days of acceptance of receipt of                  product by the Seller.
